Going backwards…

I graduated from the USC Film School on May 2007, and I am now a proud holder of a shiny M.F.A. in Film Production. I drove cross country from Miami to Los Angeles in August 2004 to pursue film. In May 2004 I got a B.A. in Communications from Centenary College of Louisiana. In September 2001 I arrived to Shreveport, Louisiana, wondering if I would enjoy the South of the USA; in a few months I became an expert crawfish and gumbo eater. In May 2000 I arrived to Boca Raton, Florida to Attend Lynn University. In January 1998 I joined the Venezuelan National youth soccer team. I thought I might become a professional soccer player. In June 18, 1995 I officially became a man, when I had my Bar Mitzvah; I don’t really remember feeling any different since. On June 9th, 1982 Simy Heiber was rushed to the hospital when she went into labor. A small creature with big ears was extracted from her in a C-section procedure. The world welcomed Alejandro Heiber.

I love the smell of freshly cut grass. It reminds me of my early days of soccer playing. My favorite meal is steak white rice and plantains. I had this dish for lunch everyday throughout high school. The sound of a well-played harmonica is my favorite. One day I will learn how to play it. I love the feeling of silk on my skin. I own a pair of silk underwear, which I save for special occasions.

I hate vinegar; I find its smell and taste too shrill. I also hate mayonnaise because it contains vinegar. My least favorite sound is the sound of screeching tires; it reminds me of death. The feel of sand in my shoes is my least favorite; going to the beach can sometimes become a challenge.

Oh, one more thing: I make movies.
