On March 8th 2009 Venezolanos en Hollywood (Venezuelans in Hollywood), a group of which I am a proud member, launched its brand new, official website: www.venezolanosenhollywood.com.
Venezolanos en Hollywood is a non-profit organization of Venezuelan artists. Its mission is to maintain a collaborative platform for its members and friends, providing support in artistic endeavors.
Fruit of the hard labor of Daniel Rodriguez, Venezolanos en Hollywood’s webmaster, and the board of directors, the site sports a clean modern look and a variety of useful features. Along the most interesting is a forum and a chat service where members (and visitors) can discuss a variety of topics related to the entertainment industry, and keep in touch. In addition, there are featured videos showcasing the work of members. And of course, a news section to stay up to date with the happenings of the organization.
Venezolanos en Hollywood welcomes Venezuelans, Latinos, and any professionals in the entertainment industry looking to network and collaborate. Its meetings are held on the first Mondays of each month, 8pm, at the delicious Venezuelan restaurant Coupa Café, located in Beverly Hills.
